Contact Database – Regional IT won a tender which involved creating a contact database for all employees, board members, water groups, organizations and distribu- tion groups. This system is shared amongst all Catchment Board offices throughout the state and is accessed via terminal services hosted in Berri. This system was developed in MS Access and is distributed using the runtime version of Access so that version conflicts don’t exist and the end user doesn’t need Access installed to run the system.
